- Allows user to specify atomic sequence of desired transactions in the block.
- Stores position of txn in block, allowing further specification of percentile or position in block pre-confirmation.

No longer adding this for now - this was a new feature to support bundles, but iirc @techgangboss mentioned, we don't want to support this. At least for now. |
