If you set "Diamonds" as the reward name and the variable amount `1 USD = 50 Diamonds` then a survey that has a CPA of 30, will also return `reward_name=Diamonds` and `reward_value=15` (100 cents = 50 diamonds, so 30 cents is 15 diamonds) on the response
