- Add 'rh-python36' as default for version "" and "3"
- Allow 'rh-python35' for RHEL 6 (remove special case)
- Update tests accordingly

I haven't tested this myself yet, I'm awaiting the travis-ci results before I do further manual tests. |

@jflemer-ndp Can you restart the jobs that failed to launch in travis? Do you have any idea why the one job that did fail didn't pass the tests? |
