Should there be a different license for the included data? Eg CC BY 4.0, depending on under what license the sources released the data?

@stefanb CC-BY 4.0 is compatible with GPLv3+, so that is fine.
Other licenses taken in must be compatible too.
Everything being the same license works, and IMO CC-licensing is a mess.
