- Add support for C++ code to base patch build process
- Convert existing C code to C++
- Add decomp repo (https://github.com/zeldaret/ph) as a git submodule + add headers to compiler include path
- Use typedefs/classes/etc. from the decomp when possible, instead of duplicating code
