We'll start with just the SW Sea chart, but this should be expanded in the future to eventually support any arbitrary item(s) the player chooses.

This makes it so the player always begins with the SW Sea Chart. More generally, this should be extendable to other things like the sword (for "Start with a Sword" mode), and can hopefully be used a basis for allowing the player to select arbitrary items to start a seed with with.
