Yo también he seguido el modelo (RED, GREEN, REFACTOR) que me gustó.
En los dos últimos commits soluciono los nuevos requerimientos de dos formas. En la primera la prioridad de ejecución de las reglas sigue un orden secuencial y en el último commit ese orden es alterable modificando las constantes.
