A simple PHP script to render Thai-Pali image

Based on https://github.com/libvips/php-vips and TH Sarabun Pali font.

GET Parameters

• input the text input
• noligature if exists: removes the bottom part (เชิง) of ญ and ฐ in the rendered image
• pad if exists: add padding around the generated image
