EcoAtom

SLURM optimization, adapted for Cambridge CSD3 cluster: jobs now submitted as an array job.
Calling the pipeline master script biLVary.sh will write a child script (aRrayC.sh) that is array-submitted to the SLURM system. The child script reads and runs the allocated file (which list is record in parIN.csv) using the SLURM task index.
