This PR removes most of the notebooks from the
docs/tutorial-directory that are not shown as tutorials on the documentation page. These notebooks contained some explanations and code snippets that have been used for development and testing purposes. This PR combines all of the useful snippets that remained in these notebooks into one tutorial notebook calledimplementation_concepts.ipynb. This notebook will be shown on the documentation page.
