I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at NIH/NCATS (IFX Core) with expertise in AI, multi-omics, and metabolomics, and additional experience in medical imaging, facial genetics, and digital pathology using generative AI.

Research Interests:

  • AI & Machine Learning: Deep learning, generative AI, explainable AI, vision–language models, LLMs
  • Digital Pathology: WSI analysis, stain normalization, tissue registration, hematology & cancer imaging
  • Multi-Omics & Genomics: multi-omics integration and analysis, AI in genomics, regulatory validation
  • Generative AI in Biomedicine: Synthetic data generation, expression-invariant models, data augmentation
