added a script/function to upload local file(s) to remote directory

The script utilizes RCLONE to move/copy file(s) from the local processing folder to a remote destination.

thank you very much for your pull request. I'm very happy about the fact that someone else i don't know has created a new function :)

I have looked at the Code and i Have 2 questions

1. where can i specify the connection to my Nextcloud?
2. Why is there something moved to ../out if the intention is to upload and delete the files from the processing folder? What would be moved to ../out?
