  • Enable ABI/ABIContext code in compat mode
  • Add partout_version() and partout_log()
  • Prefix cdecl functions with c_* to disambiguate Swift and C signatures
  • Revert wg-go to being a shared library (this was changed in Optimize build process and footprint #284)
  • Restore linked libraries in SwiftPM for the sake of running quick tests
  • Improve Android toolchain for CMake
  • Add Linux toolchain
