So, I kind of hate this. I couldn't find a more succinct RegEx because \W doesn't include underscores. I am also not a fan of the super long ternary, but I was trying it out since I don't use ternary very often and I wanted a bit more practice with it.
I did learn about positive and negative lookaheads and lookbehinds though and that was fun!
