The lessc file is meant to be run as a script so it should have the executable bit (+x) set.

The lessc file is meant to be run as a script so it should have the
executable bit (+x) set.
This was noticed by lintian when creating a Debian package of MediaWiki, which happens to bundle the less.php library inside it.
