Implemented "Relic Feeds", allowing users to create collections of relics.
Backend changes include new DB models, API endpoints, and tests.
Frontend changes include a new "Feeds" section, management UI, and integration with the relic viewer.
Verified with unit tests (mocked) and frontend visual verification script.
