Source: serverless/serverless#12280
This change is essential to reduce AWS ECR costs.
By default, the Serverless Framework creates unlimited ECR image versions on each deploy, causing unnecessary storage growth and cost over time.
The PR introduced a way to limit retained ECR images, but it was never merged into the original Serverless repository.
