Thanks for the PR! However, I think there are some additional things that will need to change in order to fully support Juju 3, and these changes will need to be in the charms themselves. For example, we know that the glance-simplestreams-sync charm relies on a < 3.0 feature as well as keystone fernet rotation. While this does help get over the hump of initial deployment, I think we need to ensure that the charms are fixed and addressed as well. |

Well, that explains why I had trouble with GSS on my openstack deployment. I'm running the controller and macOS client using juju 3.0 and everything else seems to be working for the most part. I had to substitute add-relation for integration in places but otherwise so far so good. Where is the discussion being held for juju 3? seems that I keep jumping between different github and launchpad forums. Regardless, hopefully this helps! |
