I suggest removing deadc and Bitphone from the list

I suggest removing Deadc (https://deadc.net) from the list because it claims to be "the most private way", but apparently uses google analytics, according to the uMatrix firefox addon.

Bitphone seems to be a dead project, so I suggest removing that project off the list too.

Hi Christoph Thanks for your suggestion. This is actually a fork we did simply for a PR on the main project hosted by recentralize. Please request this on the main project. I'll delete this fork ASAP. Thanks again Nicolas
