SeeDAO App Beta v0.8.10 is released. The release note can be viewed at https://docs.seedao.tech/seedao-app/updates

Changelog:
- Update SCR to WANG.
- Add SEE.
- Update the homepage statistics to display: Members, Seed Members, and Governance Nodes.
- Update the homepage applications to "Community Proposal Projects."
- Remove the Guild section.
- Delete certain applications and adjust their positioning.
- Remove the Resource Application section.
- Add a "Contact Assistant" feature.
- Change the voting threshold for P1 proposals to the current season City Hall.
- Change the voting threshold for P2 project approval and completion to the current season City Hall.
