- Misc APS contributions.
- Update payara and libs such as primefaces.

new file: data/sample-data-v2.4.sql is compatible with names_schema-v2.4 and names_schema-v2.4.1 and creates sample data for development and testing. new file: design/names_schema_v2.4.1.sql is same as schema-v2.4 except column 'id' in table 'name_category' and cloumn 'name_category_id' in 'table name_event' is 32 chars insted of 16. modified: src/main/webapp/names.xhtml so that it shows reporter comments in column comments and column category shows category name instead of id on web page.
