Some of the attribute will be reused for the sensitivity analysis
There would be circular import with projects.dtos otherwise, or import at the end of the projects.models.py file which is not elegant
And move it from projects.scenario_topology_helpers to projects.helpers
Modify the PARAMETERS dict loaded from the MVS_parameters_list.csv file
Also add a link to the create view from scenario_review view
For normal simulations or sensitivity analysis
Make sure of the format of the json to avoid possible html injection

Fix #14
In parallel I also worked on https://github.com/rl-institut/multi-vector-simulator/tree/feature/sensitivity_analysis_step and on open-plan-tool/simulation-server#2 to make the sensitivity analysis possible on the simulation server
