Code Review
This pull request adds tomflenner to the organization's member list. The placement of the new member is correct relative to its neighbors. However, the review identifies a pre-existing maintainability issue: the members list is not alphabetically sorted as required. A recommendation has been made to sort the entire list to improve maintainability.

Approved, welcome Tom!
Tom has expressed interest in joining the OpenFeature Org. He has experience with the Angular SDK, OpenFeature CLI, and has been active on Slack. Joining doesn't come with any obligations but it makes it a bit easier to work on GitHub and is the first step in becoming a maintainer.
