Description

Configure detekt to spot formatting & code style inconsistencies

Checklist

I have read the CONTRIBUTING guide
Code compiles correctly
Created tests which fail without the change (if possible)
All tests passing

Configure for KMP (at Gradle level and in CI calls)
- Ensure with detektAll with can choose either Debug or Release but not both
Ensure it properly deals with flavor
