In the previous implementation, if only the
osakaTimeingenesis.jsonwas modified for L1's fork upgrade time (especially the Osaka upgrade time), the consensus layer did not update the corresponding timestamp, which would cause L1 to crash. Additionally, batcher in the new version replaced the originaltxmgr.enable-cell-proofsflag with the newtxmgr.cell-proof-time, which needs to dynamically readosakaTimefromgenesis.json.TO USE
Modify devnet/l1-geth/consensus/config.yml/FULU_FORK_EPOCH to auto calculate CL & EL fulu/osaka timestamp.
