Chrome doesn't like downloading documents with commas in the filename. It returns an ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION error.

According to the HTTP spec, filenames should be double-quoted in the Content-Disposition header and we are not doing that.
