- Add allow(dead_code) for CreatedEtcFile (intended for future use) - Inline format args in bail! macro call
Default to ~/.config/system-manager when --flake is not specified, matching the default path used by the init command. Extract path to DEFAULT_FLAKE_PATH constant for consistency. fixes #304
