Computational Biologist

I'm a Computational Biologist well-versed in long-read transcriptomics analyses and genome annotation. I like to learn from the field of Data Science so I'm often dabbling in small projects of that nature.

Some of what I'm currently up to:

  • Nanopore directRNA and cDNA nextflow workflow which maximizes transcript reconstruction options and prioritises annotation quality.
