I tried to fix the display for the menu in the experimental MultiPage forms. Now there should be following working new forms:
FormBaseMultiPage: MultiPageForm without buttons
FormMultiPage: MultiPageForm with OK button
FormMultiPageAction: MultiPageForm with OK and CANCEL button
FormMultiPageWithMenus: FormMultiPage with menu
FormMultiPageActionWithMenus: FormMultiPageAction with menu
Sorry for the many commits with the same comment - I am a noob while working with a local repo branch and pip install -e . --upgrade ....!
Also sorry, if there are any bugs left.
