test: unify assertSnapshot common patterns

Unifes assertSnapshot common patterns like platform specific path
separators, line ending, line trailing spaces, Node.js version strings,
and pids in warning messages.

Ultimately, it should be not necessary to customize the ad-hoc snapshot
patterns.
