jQuery 1.9 requires use of prop for setting properties like "checked" on checkboxes. Without this change, when using jQuery 1.9, I found that the toggling action was breaking after two or three consecutive clicks of the toggle checkbox. By "breaking" I mean it would cease to react or change states to any further clicks.
This change seems to be fine with previous jQuery versions.
