See PDF spec, it defines 5 Box types:
MediaBox
CropBox
BleedBox
TrimBox
ArtBox
pdfboxer already supported 4, but MediaBox was missing. This change adds that one.
Command line values for ArtBox seems to be have been taken from wrong command line parameter. Fixed that as well.
