I needed to do some on-the-fly route creation based on values returned by one of my models. The url patterns were loaded before the theme's models are available however. I've removed the url loading completely from
wp-plugin.phpand nowmtv\run()handles compiling the urls. It simplifies some code and provides a chance for multiple mtv apps to register routes as well.
