Just got back from a trip, will merge #77 first as it's a bugfix.

@zrzka I haven't forgotten about this - work has just been nuts, and because the automated test infrastructure isn't great (since a plugin like this is intrinsically difficult to test), I haven't been able to set time aside to put it through its paces. My plan is to merge & release this, and then take a look at whether recent versions of lein support plugins w/ an AWS SDK dependency (they couldn't previously, due to a conflict), which'd make code easier to test & remove the necessity for upgrading the AWS CLI when supporting new features.
