This pull request is aimed at fixing the following issues:

  • Additional support for ambiguous datetimes for years below 2012
  • Force rule change from Hour, Minute, Minute to Hour, Minute Seconds

Add Hour Minute Second properly

Add day month year support if years between 01 and 1

Previously outputted day day month. If the first field is day,
then it is almost definitely day/month/year because the year
column is never in the middle.
Add 2 additional tests for hour minute second and day month year
