Added mappings for Tim Pope's surround plugin. See ftdetect/dokuwiki.vim. Changed patterns for headers, now foldings are nested. See syntax/dokuwiki.vim. Added snippets for SnipMate/UltiSnips on english and russian. See snippets/dokuwiki.vim.
