Adds a flag to prevent the automatic lower-casing of response headers.
815b0aa 
Automatically lower-casing response headers is adhering to HTML
specifications, but it can be desireable to prevent his behavior for
testing.

Closes #85 and #86

I have changed the name of the flag to -H/--case-sensitive-headers and pushed to master. I have included your contribution information. Let me know if this is sufficient for your purposes.
