Add Heavy/Assault starting mech possibilities (thanks @Cydonia07 !), defaults to no heavies/assaults
Additional mechs past the starting bay size will now go into storage (thanks @Cydonia07 !)
Add all possible mechs in each of the weight class possibilities, customize these if you'd like before starting your new campaign
