Fix render of heap profiles in -p mode

Is there more work to be done in this PR? If so, it might be a good idea to extract the ppHeapProfileType change into its own PR and merge it since eventlog2html currently can't work with era-profiled eventlog outputs due to the non-exhaustive pattern match in that function.

@ozkutuk I have realised yesterday as well that eras profiling doesn't work with a released version of eventlog2html. Sorry for never finishing that. I use a local build myself when I need it. I'll sort out a new release which works. Let me know if you need any help with eras profiling.
