code for mini project for 3rd year

Installations required

1. pdfplumber
2. spacy
3. flask

Testing:

1. Tested name extraction on my own resume, its working (mine is on the first line)
2. Will test on some sample ones
3. It is printing name and email for now
4. well i forgot how it all works, gonna "restart"
5. going to restructure the project, apparently flask needs to have the css and js files within to access those
6. also fixing skill extraction part in parser.py
