The goal of this PR is to implement the component system. I have modified the config to allow for setting up components and the deps.edn for the target project. I have updated the server template to include middleware and a generic router setup, and added reitit and compojure router components.
The system to actually build the target project with the selected components is now in place, but the command-line interface to allow the user to choose their components still needs to be implemented.
