Added GHA to periodically update class subworkflows and open a PR with the changes
Updated modules and subworkflows to fix linting
Tests:
.nf.testfiles. This is fixed in.editorconfigbut not applied to this PR tests until the.editorconfigfile is merged. (passing locally)linting is failing due to the "oneOf" underFixed with v3.1.2, now tests are failing due to the template update.tool_selectionsection of the JSON schema, a PR is open to nf-core/tools to allow this case. (works locally)
