[tcp-pubsub] Update to 2.0.1

• Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
• SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
• The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
• Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
• Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
• The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
• Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

Note: the last version of tcp-pubsub was 1.0.3. Since then there have been 1.0.4, 1.0.5, 1.0.6 and 2.0.0. This PR skips those versions straight to 2.0.1. It's unclear to me if I'm supposed open a PR for each version and make my way to 2.0.1 or if its ok to jump straight to the latest version.
