Lots of little size changes across many functions here. A number of functions that have something to do with parsing/serde have actually gotten smaller, and a number of them have disappeared (inlined), so the size increase may just be due to increased inlining. I think this is small enough to just take though. |

It's been far too long since we updated things, let's fix that. This would look a lot cleaner after microsoft/igvm#83, microsoft/elfcore#33 & microsoft/rust_win_etw#46.
