Update the following templates

• My Shuttle

This pull request includes changes to several JSON template files in the src/VstsDemoBuilder/Templates/DL-AKS/WorkItems/ directory. The primary modification is the removal of personal information from the System.CreatedBy and System.ChangedBy fields.
