Previously, the installation of microbiomeComputations was unintneionally downgrading the veuapthUtils version.
The issue was that microbiomeComputations was asking for the microbiomeDB version of veupathUtils, so it couldn't find the more recent version of veupathUtils even if it wanted to, because veupathUtils is now in the VEuPathDB github org!
Switched to the VEuPathDB/veupathUtils. I'm not crazy about this because that opens up doors for us to mess up mbio, but it's probably better practice than installing two versions in our docker images..
