ich fände validate_and_extract_... besser, weil es die Reihenfolge ist, in der es passiert
- Umgang mit TIME_FORMAT = "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M" besser behandelt - sowie Fehlerfälle bei POST und PUT abgefangen
