In support of the delivery of the IMPROVER Icing Severity Multivariate Regression ( IcingSeverityMultivariateRegression_USAF2024), this PR provides data files for conducting acceptance testing of said class. A PR for the introduction of IcingSeverityMultivariateRegression_USAF2024 into IMPROVER will follow.
