What does this PR do?

Adds a new section to Guides called Relevancy. Adds 2 new documents

• Ordering ranking rules. Learn how Meilisearch orders search results and how to customize ranking rule order for your use case.
• Interpreting ranking score details. Learn how to understand ranking score details to see how Meilisearch evaluates each result and which rules determined their order.

LGTM! I just made a few suggestions to keep things consistent. In the docs, we use sentence case instead of title case.

I also noticed that one dot was missing from the ellipsis.
