Extract the latest installation file of Pass4Win to a directory for example f:\pass4win.

Download and install GPG4Win, make a new directory for example F:\gnupg Open a commandline window and issue the following commands

c:

cd "\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG"

mkportable.exe <<existing target directory>>

Congrats. You now have a portable version :-)
